I had a really disappointing experience. Brad was extremely rude and came across as though he didn’t care about either his customers or his staff. The way he treated his employees was uncomfortable to witness and very unprofessional. Good customer service starts with respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on my experience.
I purchased a Davey Chloromatic Nipper 15g Mineral/Salt Chlorinator from this company. After two weeks of having the unit the unit developed a major crack down the side of it after some rain which caused the internal system to stop working. I was initially told it was weather damage and then when I sited these units are built for Australian and New Zealand conditions I was told I had dropped it, which of course I had not. Since the ownership change, we’ve experienced extremely poor customer service and would no longer recommend this business. We attempted to book them for a pool clean, but they failed to show up multiple times. Each time, I had to call them myself to ask where they were, only to be told they were busy and needed to reschedule. This happened 3 times, and in the end we never received any service at all. They repeatedly booked us in for a date but did not show up and failed to notify us, leaving us waiting each time. Very disapp... read more
