Very poor service and communication from Jake. Jake makes appointments then comes when he feels like it.Wanted to come the next day but as my mother lives by herself, it didnt suit us.as we have to work.As a resolution couldn't be solved Jake responded "I really don't care about your pool and hung up rang on me .Rang Chris to discuss and Chris the owner couldn't care less how his worker treats his customers Very disappointing service
We love Maple Pools, they look after our rental property that has a pool and do a great job for us and for the tenants. They are always so helpful and give us great advice. Would recommend using Maple Pools for all your pool needs!
