Looking to purchase a product close to 10k and it feels like we are more desperate to get it than the business themself as we had to wait 3 days to get a quote and and 4 days to get an invoice and still nothing. Lost a sale ,this wait is not acceptable

I ordered online and they sent me the incorrect item. I contacted them and an incredibly rude person called Dale acknowledged they sent the wrong product but “As it was by the same company they won’t be refunding me unless I pay to post back the wrong item”. So I paid for the item, plus postage and they wanted me to pay postage again to return the wrong item!!Disgusting customer service.
