I have had a fantastic experience in Maple house orthodontics over the course of three years. I have found everyone that worked there to be incredibly professional, helpful, and polite. My smile, and the appearance of my teeth has significantly improved. A considerable amount of time ,effort and diligence has been displayed by Mr Cheung and his team, who I am immensely thankful to.
I have found Maple Orthodontics to be an outstanding practice as an adult having braces and now for my 2 children . They have given exemplary care with a highly skilled team . The staff are friendly, caring and highly professional. We are all so grateful to the team for their excellent treatment.
I get the impression that this Practice provides a professional service, with knowledgeable staff and a well-maintained environment. However, the unexpected two-year waiting time for NHS braces after a child's assessment, once they've lost all their milk teeth, is a significant delay and it would be better if patients were made aware of the current waiting time during earlier consultation(s).
