My son has friends here, it's a nice area, very quiet.
Purchased our home in this park straight across in the summer of 2020. In the less then Two years our rent has been increased twice(now over $700/ month) , our water and garbage have increased, and the park no longer maintains our yard drainage as they once did. I don’t feel we ever see anything for the rise in lot fees. Plus a ridiculous Amount of administration fees. Friendly and personable staff. Park well kept. Snow removal is regular and good. Residence friendly and helpful. Centrally located to Sherwood Park (10 min. Away) Tamarak close by (10 minutes away. Great place to live.
