I am writing this review in hopes that Gordon Purchase, my insurance adjuster from Maple Mutual will be acknowledged by all for his outstanding work. This past month I had the unfortunate situation of having my car stolen. Gord called me the very next morning to let me know he would be handling my claim. They turned an unfortunate accident into as positive experience as possible. Gordon Purchase was extremely patient and helpful and made the whole thing work as best as possible. I would highly recommend the entire team.
I do not have a policy with this company. I have been harassed by their text messages. Every time I get a text it's from a different phone number and I have to type stop again. Sometimes get them twice a day and 2 or 3 emails. My husband asked for a quote from another company and this started.
