I must say I’m very pleasantly surprised from the service, As the actual dealership that I bought, my car, couldn’t even accommodate me with an appointment for November, So thank you, Maple Mazda.
Sent a request for info about a used jeep grand Cherokee and was sent everything I needed and more the very next morning. I had a 2 hour drive to get there so I requested to do everything remotely ahead of time and they were able to accommodate my requests beforehand. I had a problem with my CX90 and Larisa, the manager, handled it exceptionally well. She understood the issue right away and got it fully resolved in the shortest time possible. Everything was done successfully, and I never had to chase anyone for updates. Larisa is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers.
