I am very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. They did not follow through on the promises they made during the sales process. Once everything was finalized, they failed to deliver what they had committed to and were not honest about it. I expected better customer service and transparency. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

We called Maple Mazda looking for a 2026 MX 5 RF GS-P. We live in Almonte a 350 km distance. Amir Latifi a Product Specialist answered the call. He handled our purchase and met our requirements. Availability of models and colors is limited at this time of year for a convertible. We had a trade to deal with, site unseen as well.
