Bought my trailer here, including a few other items. Helpful staff and great communication over the phone and email. Highly recommended and will return as a customer.
After an exhaustive search (Canada and USA) for information on my Tohatsu outboard and getting no results I contacted Maple Marine Services tech department. I spoke with Trevor who was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I want to personally thank him for doing his utmost best to make sure that I understood and was able to repair my motor by providing clear instructions and advice. This is exemplary of great service. Thank you!!!
I have been boating for over 20 years and in the last 5 years have had to deal with boat repairs almost every year. After buying a used boat two years ago I changed mechanics and had some mixed results. After going to Maple Marine this year, they found some issues that were overlooked by previous mechanics. This summer season has been problem free for me and this is a first for me as a boat owner. The staff here are knowledgeable, fair and professional. I highly recommend them for marine mechanics.
Dropped the boat at 8 in the morning. They got on it right away and found a blown fuse and replaced it and ran great. On my way in 1 hour. Everyone I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. Great work will definitely be coming back if I have another problem. 👍
