Just toured one of these homes with a friend who is renting. Halfway through she realized she had made a mistake. The quality is the lowest possible. Examples: Kitchen cabinets are not aligned and hardware not straight. Windows have very cheap plastic blinds. Walls have flat paint and all trim is just poor quality lumber - 1 x 4??? I felt sorry for my friend and for those who bought one of these, extremely sorry. I can't wait to see how these weather a hurricane...
Would give no stars if I had the option. Worst place to live. Mark and Julie who run the property are always reprimanding kids that are playing outside. It's a crime to even ride their bicycles or play basketball. Made my kids cry several times. Pretty sad when kids are actually playing outside instead of in the house on electronics. This park is a great place to live if your willing to follow the Rules! I have had the opportunity to stay with my 2 large dogs 3 different occasions with my sister and I have not had any issues! The park manager if you treat her with common courtesy will absolutely try to accommodate your situations and from what I see she knows her business and runs a awsome park!
Very poor management. Vehicles have been broken into in the Evergreen Manor Estates community in Bedford Heights, Ohio. UMH Management offers no security in the residential parking area in the form of lighting or cameras. No members of management are present after 5 p.m. The park manager of Evergreen Manor is rarely present during office hours because she manages two communities. Mari the property manager was fantastic and assisted us throughout the whole process. We love it here, as we just moved in, to our new home and the area is quiet and people are nice. Close to everything and the people that work for UMH are very helpful.
Me and my husband have lived here for 12 years it’s like no other community, very quiet, very clean and the maintenance, manager are always willing to help with any questions or concerns you have. I love living here. They really deserve five stars.

I'm upset with the snow removal. Every time it snows a lot our side of the road never gets plowed. We have to shovel our driveway and our side of the road just to get out. The rental next to me gets plowed out and the rest of the snow stays in the road. I'm just asking to plz plow the all the road . Not just one side. Thank you
Have been very disappointed with the customer service on our new home. Impossible to get anybody out to take care of issues from the original set-up. Paying a monthly fee for little to nothing service on anything. Just found out now the office is closed until further notice to once again nobody available to help with issues that have been going on since we moved in. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
