Do not use this company they did not properly file our title with the county where we purchased our lot. For over 90 days now, we've been in a holding pattern unable to start even the permit process. When it was first filed, it was submitted improperly and there was missing paperwork. They never tried to resolve these problems, nor did they notify us of a problem.
