The older staff are the only decent part of this place — everything else feels like a setup. The moment you walk through the door, you’re hounded for a review like they’re desperate to pad their ratings. Prices seem to change on a whim, and their newest money grab is a so-called “mandatory insurance” that covers absolutely nothing. When things go wrong usually because of their own mistakes they bend over backwards trying to pin the blame on you. The whole experience feels like one big trap.
Highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage! I needed to rent a unit for a month - both Cindy and Cathy were incredibly helpful. Top notch service and support. This facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Easy to move in/out and feels very secure. Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing place to store your things. The staff are super fast and friendly. Cindy took care of us and was so understanding and helpful. The service and accomodation was top tier. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants fair pricing and great customer service. 5 stars
I am going to start this by mentioning the two ladies upfront, Cindy and Kathy, they are amazing, very, very friendly and professional. Whenever I come here they make me feel welcomed. The storage it self is very clean and secure
