This was my first experience renting storage. The staff were very good to deal with. The unit was clean and suit my purpose very well. Access was secure but convenient. If I ever need to use a storage locker again, this will be where I go.

From our experience, this company seriously lacks basic respect and professionalism when it comes to customer service. The staff were often rude, dismissive, and made the whole experience feel uncomfortable. If being treated with decency matters to you, I would suggest staying away. On top of that, there are some real red flags in how they do business. The way they handle contracts, and their clear ties to sketchy moving companies, raise major concerns. Update, 4 years later: This is a great facility, clean and safe. The staff are very helpful (shout out to Reuben!). I won't go anywhere else next time I need storage. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bruce was fantastic! My move from Ontario was complicated and stressful. But Bruce was so efficient, professional and pleasant, he made the self storage part of the move very pleasant. He we went above and beyond! Thank you!
