I've been a customer here since they first opened. Every few months they raise my rent and provide no new service. The facility is nice however. Second star for that :)
Navin was extremely helpful and thorough with the move in process. He knows his stuff. This facility for sure has the best rates and fair process. After checking locally this is the one I went with due to the price and availability.
We had a great experience with storing our stuff with these guys. We got help from Tracy who was so lovely and helpful. She stayed over time to sort us out and was very accommodating. Big ups to Tracy!
This place is great. If you are renting space somewhere else, you are missing out.
Received an exceptional service from Navin. He even stayed after hours to help me with the troubles I had from the tow truck. Paperwork was done fast and I got everything I need in no time. Highly recommend.
