Great Staff Clean Environment

It’s my first time using a self-storage service in Vancouver, and the overall experience was great! The registration process on the first day took a bit longer than I expected, but the staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility is also very clean and secure.
Facility is great, but price is steep. Unreasonably high rent increases and now an extra $15/month for insurance is making me consider a move.
I chose this facility based on positive reviews and I am so glad I did. I have found the staff to be friendly and professional, always happy to answer any questions I had. I was very pleased with the design of the building and found it very easy to move things in and out. The equipment is well maintained and there are different types of carts to suit my needs, I especially liked the bed carts!!
