My experience with Maple Leaf was nothing short of amazing. The staff were professional and competent, with knowledge of the site, ammenities and, deals they offer. As it was my first time renting a locker, Rhonda was kind and patient through the move in process and helped explain aspects of the contract I did not fully understand. The site itself is clean with ample room for parking. If you are interested in renting a self storage locker, Maple Leaf is the way to go.

Notice to the public, full statement forthcoming. Before I release a full review, I want to give a heads-up about some serious concerns regarding Maple Leaf Storage. In my experience, this company lacks even a basic grasp of what fair and respectful customer treatment looks like. Staff interactions were consistently dismissive, rude, and far from professional. Clint and Rhonda were extremely professional, both of whom went out of their way to make sure that the process of moving a client out was exceptional. We flew in from Toronto with the sole intention of clearing out a couple of lockers for a client and shipping the 6 skids of contents back to Ontario. They were extremely helpful in providing the necessary information to arrange the endeavour prior to us flying out, and once at Maple Leaf Storage, ensured that carts and pump trucks were available to aid in the process.
