The professional who came had a great personality and made me feel comfortable that he was in my house. He educated me on everything and installed my air purifier, but when they cleaned out my vents they never covered them and my entire first floor was COVERED in the nasty mess that was inside the vents. i am giving 1 star for this kind of time waste behaviour to Maple Leaf Rug Cleaning.
