We reserved 2 rooms a month prior to when we wanted to stay(August 15-17) and the guy said yes no problem. He told us how much each room would be during our conversation and I had said yes we would like to book. When I called a week before to make sure the rooms were booked he said that they had no record of the reservation, as they said a credit card was not required.
