One of the nicest hotels ive stayed in and the staff are great!
The room was clean and nicely renovated. Wi-Fi was good and parking right outside the room. Reasonable price. Only downside was the bed was not the most comfortable for me and better curtains to block the outside lights.
Service started out nice when booking. However, when circumstances changed and I had to cancel my booking (2 months before the reservation). I received a very rude and akward follow up call. The manager repeatedly kept demanding an explanation as to why I was canceling and stated that he had lost a large booking because of me. He really made sure to make me feel terrible for canceling my reservation before hanging up. A complete lack of understanding and very poor way to handle a cancelation.
This motel has really impressed me. Rooms are clean and stocked with all of the amenities you need for a comfy stay. Staff is friendly, the location is quiet and grounds were well kept. Cozy comfort at an affordable price. Definitely recommend 😊
Reviewing on behalf of my friend. He has been staying in the area for work training for the past few weeks, and had stayed here before. He made a reservation, and upon turning up to check in, was told that his room had been given to some random person with the same first name as him. He was advised that there was one available room remaining on the property, and told it was significantly more money nightly.
