Very reasonable for construction workers.Not the cleanest,but not dirty.Although there was a sign stating there is a 50fee for smoking in the room,I think one or more long term tenants were smoking in their rooms as I could smell it coming through the exhaust in the bathroom and I am a smoker. Very friendly staff and pet friendly.
