New patient of doctor Pagan , so far seems very very nice and caring , originally my grandma started seeing him , absolutely raved about him , then my parents started seeing him ( same thing , definitely on the ball about important things ) i drive from carstairs so a bit of a travel but absolutely worth it for a good doctor for myself and my husband and son On another note if you have something urgent and cant get in to see him right away , the office is very good about getting you in to see another doctor which i think is ... read more
Angela on reception is lovely! So friendly and welcoming. So nice to have someone smiling as you come in. We met with Dr Du Preez - He is absolutely fantastic. He is an excellent listener and genuinely cares about what we were saying. He also was a hit with my two teens. He was very knowledgeable about our pre- existing medical conditions. We were not rushed at all, it was great to see a doctor who also likes to see things from his patients perspective. Really impressed with our overall experience here.
Max went above and beyond to assist with information on medication to keep the cost down. Very much appreciated! Dr. Pagan was kind enough to take me on as a patient when my previous doctor left the practice. He listens and is always very understanding with concerns I may have. The rest of the staff are amazing as well!
Talked to receptionist because I have an appointment today and ended up in urgent care. Asked if I could speak to my doctor on the phone instead as I have other concerns I wanted to discuss. The receptionist said no then HUNG UP the phone on me. I have been going here since this clinic first opened, and the receptionists are generally heartless and rude, but this was a new level of cold, I’m finding a new doctors office and would recommend you do too.
