I wasn't going to leave a bad review on this farm, but felt the need to after this farm went on a rant on Instagram because someone else left a review they didn't like on google. First, take a look at how poorly and insulting they speak to paying customers who do not leave reviews in their favor. This is a chop shop. For 1, they do not do refunds or warranty their plants (not that I ever wanted one). Could it be because they get a lot of bad feedback of their plants dying? We purchased 2 evergreen trees for $300. Week after one of them started loosing needles and turning brown. Then next week second tree died as well. There is no one to talk to there they do not pick up the phone. I emailed them and respond was its my fault since the assumed that I didn’t water the plants! This company does not stand behind their product. Very disappointing! Waist of money and no customer care! I do NOT recommend this place! Stay away!
Bad experience at Maple Leaf Farms in Manalapan Went to There to get Goose egg stones. They sell by the ton. Had to hire a worker with a dump truck . He got 2 tons which wasn’t enough our landscaping project. He complained that he didn’t get a full ton and was mixed with dirt. I went back to buy more and mentioned what my worker said. They told me that’s how they get it from suppler. They wouldn’t do anything about it. For seven years we have bought many trees and flowers. We recently visited Maple Leaf Farm for their holiday Christmas decorations, and while the admission is a bit pricy, it was absolutely worth it once we got inside. The setup was stunning—clearly a lot of thought and effort went into creating such a magical experience. The highlight of our visit was Santa. This is my fav go-to place for all things plants and outside decor! Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful and all my plants are THRIVING! The selection is untouchable and their pricing is unbeatable. My only saving grace is they're not super close or else I'd probably go multiple times a week 🤣
