I am so happy to have found this office! I went in with a dental emergency and they were able to get me fixed up right away. They were excellent with my anxiety with the numbing (Laura, You're awesome!) and Dr. Cheema was great at explaining everything so that I understood what was happening along the way. The biggest take away that I took from this office is how well they all communicated and helped one another. It left me feeling assured that I was in great hands. Thank you!
This office is new to our little town of Dixon.To the patients of the previous Dentist please give them a try. The office is very clean and bright. They have updated a few things that benefit the patient’s comfort .They offer specialist on certain days . You are not sent to other dental offices saving you time and money. This place isn’t even worth going to at all.The doc (female Indian lady) belittles and talks to her assistants in a way that even makes the patients sense her bad energy and feel totally uncomfortable.I didn’t have a very welcoming experience due to this and I won’t be returning.I think reviews show a lot about a business and I really hope these are enough for people to realize this isn’t a place you want people working on your teeth.People need to treat their employees with compassion and respect and realize what a bad repu... read more
