Came for cleaning 40 mins late. There was no text or email to indicate that they are running late until I called and asked. Missed so many spots and left without checking anything they missed. I should have checked the Google reviews before hiring. Would not recommend or rebook.
Do not use them at all. Terrible customer service, they are extremely unprofessional.
Beware who you are dealing with!
I hired this company for a move because they do cleaning and moving and I should’ve checked the reviews first. Worst people to deal with. Worst communication skills. Spam you with messages and then expect you to read them all to get those small amount of information that you need even though the messages are just spamming you out of control. Worst worst worst.
