Where do I begin!! Horrible Horrible Horrible! Between dealing with MONICA!! the most abusive racist individual I have encountered! I came home and cleaned after paying $200 for my 1800 square foot home!! When I called to tell them I wasn't happy they told me they didn't know who I was!! And hung up on me.I called again and the owner told me don't waste my time..im lost for words!! Don't get caught in this scam!! Give your business to honest people that don't steal from hard working people!!
I normally don’t write reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary but I don’t want others to have the same horrible experience as my wife and I did . I contacted Maple Leaf Cleaning Services and made an appointment for Thursday May 02, 2024 at 8:00 am. A cleaner named Efemena Oyoku introduced herself to me as Sarah and arrived on time . She then walked into our house with her outside shoes straight into the kitchen area and started to clean. Cleaners are reliable good helaina did an excellent move out cleaning job in Pickering in time Charge $40 2 cleaners total 6 hours came sharp at 5.30 pm on Friday and did an excellent job throughout 3 level home in 3 hours
Terrible company to deal with! The cleaners they sent spent quite some time complaining about the company and their practices. The cleaners themselves were friendly but not at all properly trained for cleaning homes. STAY AWAY!!!
