Staff dedicated to their jobs and do more than asked. Competitive pricing, honesty in their repairs (and will review with you on WHY something needed to be fixed - showing you the damaged part, etc.), and legitimately cares about their work in making sure it's done right. I've had a door handle break off and the staff was almost panicking since they fixed it recently... Until I reminded them that they fixed the OTHER door handle which is still perfectly fine.
