I went in for a simple hemming alteration, but ended up spending additional money at another tailor to fix the work. The pants were hemmed shorter than the length I requested, and I later learned that one leg was about half an inch shorter than the other. This should have been a straightforward alteration, so I was very disappointed with the result. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
I took my suit pants here to be hemmed. The tailor briefly marked the length, but the pants ended up being altered too short. I later took them to another alteration shop to see if they could fix the issue, and they pointed out that one leg was about half an inch shorter than the other. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place.
Professional, polite, timely, great attitudes, always greeted with what feels like sincere smiles. All the above in one place is difficult to find in these times.
Have had several items altered, including suit jackets, and have always had a perfect fit. They've been able to get tough stains out as well. Friendly staff!
