Moved in 6 mos. ago. Decent place to live. Friendly neighbors, manager, and maintenance. Fairly quiet - normal daytime noise from people coming and going with pets, etc. Only negatives: somebody steals pkgs and some people are addicted to pain meds (from what I've been told).

Horrible place. They chase away good people to keep the troublemakers at all cost. Management is unresponsive. Run away as fast as you can..
