It was 2016-17 when I moved there and it was very nice. That's because it had great management then. It was taken over by new management and things started going downhill fast. They quit mowing for a long time and then when they did start mowing they didn't do it often enough and left large places un-mowed that used to be. Maintenance changed along with new ownership and the maintenance guy was good at one thing,........talking. He never fixed anything. Manager never around, Even during posted hours. Nothing ever gets addressed or fixed. Run!!!!
Moved in 6 mos. ago. Decent place to live. Friendly neighbors, manager, and maintenance. Fairly quiet - normal daytime noise from people coming and going with pets, etc. Only negatives: somebody steals pkgs and some people are addicted to pain meds (from what I've been told).
