Best venue in Johnson City!
I attended a wedding here, beautiful spot but did not seem to be maintained whatsoever. Wobbly/broken boards on the stairs/deck beside pavilion. No staff was present to direct traffic coming in. Multiple bees nest and spider webs. No one present to help with set up/rehearsal. Highly do not recommend! Looks great from a glance and while planning, but do not hold their word with their “help” when it comes to “go time”. Sad because it has so much potential!
recently attended a wedding here a few weeks ago. When we arrived the venue was beautiful from first glance, but the more we walked around the more we noticed the extreme lack of upkeep. branches everywhere, pond looked rough up close, cobwebs all inside reception area, bee hives in reception area near the roof, and even found Cockroaches when setting up for the big day. !! Read before booking !! Honestly one of the worst venues i’ve ever attended. Everything seemed great until we looked closer. Cobb webs and hornets nest all over the venue, not well kept at all. A shame considering it could be such a beautiful venue. The bride had everything ready for her big day, however we had no coordinator - who called in the day of. My granddaughter got married here. Open area to have plenty of tables. Can have food catered to the farm. Hasarea to put chairs near the river. Outdoors
