Honestly will never bring my child here again front staff is horrible and doctors only care about lining their pockets not the actual situations and lives of the family’s coming . Was also on the phone with my wife the whole time and heard the way the manager put her down for her financial situation disgusting .
Zainab, the front office staff is the rudest staff we ever seen. She never consider peoples emotions. She was even rude to my son. He touched the tab in front of the front desk and she yelled at my son. We will never visit this clinic again or recommend this clinic to anyone. We had bad experiences with Zainab before too. The front desk does not seem to know what they are doing. No one was at the front desk when we checked in. The front desk confirmed and still thought we were waiting for walk in even after seeing the records on file. We waited for almost an hour not knowing that walk in has to be checked in through the ipad and appointment check in has to be with the front desk lady on the left and not the front desk lady on the right.
I consider this clinic to be of extremely poor quality for children’s mental health treatment. You will not receive any help from them in an emergency, their front desk staff are very rude when scheduling appointments, and frankly, the people who run this clinic seem to need mental health treatment themselves.
Dr. Ostro is an excellent pediatrician — attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. We've had a very positive experience with him and trust his medical advice completely. However, the front desk staff has been consistently disappointing. During a recent call and even a visit , I encountered unprofessional and unkind behavior from the reception team.
