We’ve been taking our baby to Maple Kids Clinic since he was born, and Dr. Hakak has been an amazing paediatrician kind, professional, and great with our little one, who absolutely adores him. Do not go for the Breast Feeding Clinic at this place. You’ll wait forever to get an appointment. The worse part is the clinic is inconsistent with their statement each time which feels like a scam to get your money.
The receptionist on the phone was fairly rude. You should understand the temper of the patient especially when the patient is a kid. Just simply hanging up the phone? Don’t give your bad mood to the patient, that is NOT NICE!
I had a horrible experience with the receptionist service at this clinic. The receptionists were so unprofessional and rude, their communication skills were lacking, and they did not speak proper English. As a result, I decided to find another clinic for my son.
