Super unorganized, I was supposed to receive a referral but the doctor forgot to even reflect that in her notes so the front desk didn't take action. Called the front desk once to let them know I'm expecting a referral (after waiting for 2 weeks), then followed up two days after, now 20+ days from our first visit and no one even called back to give me a status update. This clinic is focused on treating children, so I believe there could be more flexibility toward young patients and their families. If one doctor is fully booked, it’s unclear why another doctor or nurse on site wouldn’t be able to administer a standard vaccination. A bit more accommodation in situations like this would go a long way in supporting parents and ensuring kids get timely care!
Avoid visiting this clinic as a walk-in, even if you're already a patient here. I called ahead and was told by the receptionist that it wasn't busy, but I've now been waiting for about 2 hours and still haven't been seen.
