I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on April 1st 2025 . The radio display had been faulty since the day I bought it. They did nothing to fix the problem for six months. Then the engine malfunctioned, and I had to tow the vehicle back to the dealership. The service personnel told me not to take my vehicle there and to go to another dealership. Definitely don't buy a car. They don't take care of their broken cars. I've been embarrassed for a year.
Our experience with Maple Hyundai under the supervision of Carlos Rivas was very professional and exceptional as always. We highly recommend their service. I had a bad experience in this place in 2023 when I was about to buy my car, all the sales people on the floor were at their phones and someone just gave me a post stick as formal quote.... However there are two superstars in the service department, one Carlos Rivas who is really professional and Mr. Larry who is always caring of your car.
