I would give her a negative rating if I could. Jodie Hall FNP spent 45 minutes with the lady in the room next door. I waited for over an hour to be seen and I’m lucky if I got 10 minutes of her time. I filled out so much paperwork before my appointment and spoke with her assistant (who was wonderful) about my medical concerns. I’m relieved to say, that I am really happy getting my primary care needs met here. The wonderful previous providers, Melissa Presley, and the nurse that was there, when I first started going there a year ago, left. But, the medical staff that took over: Ms. Jodie Hall FNP and her assistant, Stephanie MA are wonderful also. It’s also convenient because: 1. They have an “on-site pharmacy” 2. I live in Chinquapin and it’s just a 15 minute drive down hwy 50, on quiet country roads.
Had to wait nearly two months for an appointment and then they canceled it the day of the appointment after I had taken time off work.
