This is suppose to be a affordable housing. Instead the new owners who bought this place in 2025 made some unexpected changes in the park rules. This community is not good to live in anymore. The rent has increased and people around here can't afford it. The rules here are unacceptable. The community amenities about rv and boating storage are no longer available for residents. Some of the residents who's been living here for years has sold their homes. The new manger has no remorse for low income people.
