Maple Hill was fantastic helping us purchase a new car. Ed took his time explaining our different options and helping us with paperwork. CB explored warranty options with us and gave us great advice. We felt attended to and like they really wanted to put us in the car best for our needs. Couldn’t recommend Maple Hill more!

My car has been at Maple Hill Auto Group for service on an electrical issue since June 27, 2022 without resolution of the problem. Communication has become infrequent to update ** on what's going on with correcting the problem.
Purchased a battery from Maple Hill Auto Group. Went dead about 5 k later. Went to get warranty battery and I was told I would have to bring the car into dealership to have it tested. So I now have to pay a 40 mile tow charge which is more than the battery. Makes perfect sense vs giving us a battery so the car would start so we can bring the car in for service. Warranty companies need documentation to cover the failed part. We do not make the rules. We are not the warranty company. Had to have my Volvo towed from Niles to Kalamazoo on Friday the 12th of June to have warranty service performed by Maple Hill Automotive Group. First, they would not give me a loner car because they only give loner cars to Subaru customers, Second, they would not tell me when they could work on the car. Monday the 15th, I called and was told they would call me back and tell me what was wrong with the car. They did not call. This is a completely unfair review. The customer did have their vehicle towed to our dealership. At the time the vehicle was towed here (Friday June 12th), we were booked completely for the week with appointments for our customers. These customers had been waiting to have their vehicles serviced too. We had never even seen this customers car before.
