Right before a week to the test, keep getting sms and phone call to tell me the appointment needs to be cancelled because of whatever reasons. When called back and got reconfirmation the appointment. One day before the test, another call telling me the appointment is cancelled saying the nurse is sick. What an amazing job that it can forecast this result.
