I don’t normally give reviews whether they’re bad or good but this one I had to take the time to do this review. A couple of weeks ago I received notification about a special that they had going on. I called asked a few questions and then I scheduled an appointment. Last Friday, September 12, I went to go view to properties the manager that was there his name was Shawn asked me what I was looking for. I told her I was looking for the $1100 special. Maple Grove Villas has been great and very helpful! We had a couple of hiccups along the way when moving in but they fixed them for us right away and have been nothing but great to work with! We really appreciate it a lot!
Worst apartment complex to date. Front desk never answers the phone and always seems to be away for lunch when you go visit the front desk. Don't listen to the other reviews about Shawn they are either paid or shawn made them herself. She is never available and extremely rude. Maintenance is hit or miss but they like to think they can enter your apartment whenever they feel like it. They raise the rent atleast $500 each year with no update to appliances.
