If I could give zero stars I would. Maintenance sucks. They close the pool/ office whenever they feel like it regardless of the hours provided. They nickel and dime you for everything, just read the lease agreement. There is a reason they’re in multiple lawsuits right now. Save yourself and go elsewhere. Also the office ladies are nasty and mean after the first month of being there. Extremely unprofessional and just all around disgusting.
Nice place, from day one the office ladies Shawna and Sarah have made me feel welcome, they both have great communication via email and in person and get things done efficiently when I ask, I was skeptical about the area but I think I'll stay here for my remaining time in Iowa shout out to Shawna and Sarah
Do not I repeat do not live here. This has got to be one of the worst managed place ever. The weeds are taking over half the trees are dead around the property and they dont care. The AC goes out and they come “fix” it over and over again yet you come home and it’s still 80 in the house and the air is still off despite them closing the ticket claiming its fixed…

I moved out of Maple Grove in March after living here for almost 3 years. A new management company took over in the beginning of 2023 and the place has been downhill since. The biggest issue is that we never got our full deposit back. They claimed the new company has no record of what we paid for our deposit. I sent them my bank records showing what I paid and just today, May 24, months after I moved out, have they responded to my multiple follow up calls and emails since April 8th, to say that they can’t return the full dep... read more
