Met Tim the new manager and was delighted on how well the property is kept up! The clubhouse, pool, gametables and the units are AAA. His knowledge of the industry and this property not only demonstrates his desire to serve his residents with integrity yet also his entire community. We haven't decided to apply yet as we have a few other tours however this is at the top of the list.
The leasing office management team at Maple Grove Villas, especially Tim, is very welcoming, friendly, personable, communicative, professional, and caring. Also timely, and effective. My experience has been nothing short of exemplary. I am very happy to live in a community managed with such excellence. -Brad
I don’t normally give reviews whether they’re bad or good but this one I had to take the time to do this review. A couple of weeks ago I received notification about a special that they had going on. I called asked a few questions and then I scheduled an appointment. Last Friday, September 12, I went to go view to properties the manager that was there his name was Shawn asked me what I was looking for. I told her I was looking for the $1100 special. Maple Grove Villas has been great and very helpful! We had a couple of hiccups along the way when moving in but they fixed them for us right away and have been nothing but great to work with! We really appreciate it a lot!
