All staff were very friendly and helpful. My only comment is that the music in the waiting area was quite loud. It made it hard to concentrate on filling out forms.
Skin graph results were good in the end. Communications on procedure and follow up was lacking - felt like we were asking a lot of questions to make sure we took care of correctly.
Staff always makes you feel great.
This was my second experience getting a gum Graft at maple grove periodontal was great. The staff are great and Dr. Wong reassured me during the procedure.
The staff was very nice and professional. I received excellent care from them.
