RecommendedGreat management, quiet little park. Homes are a bit older, but the place is well maintained. Also has a playground, dog park, & a pool; and you won't find more affordable housing anywhere else in this general area!
There is Platting business in the complex just to the north of the park ! And these mobile homes use to sell for around 3000$ , now there almost 7000$ ! There is not one MH in that park worth 7000$ ! And you may own it but you can't move it ! So if you get behind on your payment ! Which they count on ,they repose it !

Management is not good at all neither is maintenance! We have been waiting on a screen door for 5 months! Every time it rains, rain comes into our house because our regular door does not seal shut all the way. We keep getting told that the door has been ordered. Then we wait weeks and still nothing! Don’t ever rent from this place! We also had a screw up on our rent total. Good thing my fiancé looks over the total before paying.
Keep the music down be respectful towards other if it is not your parking spot stay out. Keep your dogs on a leash when you put them out.
Trailer park was a shithole. Poor maintenance and no upkeep. Pay deposit to move into a dirty trailer that carpet was Brown after 39 hours of carpet cleaning I turned it white. My father had a quadruple bypass I give him a month-and-a-half notice I'm going to be moving out. So after moving out and making the trailer a thousand times cleaner than what it was when I moved in yep you guessed it Kevin screwed me out of my deposit.
