Trailer park was a shithole. Poor maintenance and no upkeep. Pay deposit to move into a dirty trailer that carpet was Brown after 39 hours of carpet cleaning I turned it white. My father had a quadruple bypass I give him a month-and-a-half notice I'm going to be moving out. So after moving out and making the trailer a thousand times cleaner than what it was when I moved in yep you guessed it Kevin screwed me out of my deposit. I've lived here for the last 40 years. I'm very disgusted with the way the trailer park has went downhill. I used to be proud to live in here there was flowers everywhere, the grass was cut the trailers were nice. Now there's trailers been sitting for a year not set up & falling apart, some yards the grass is higher than your knees. They let 200 lb huge dogs in here and pit bulls in here. I just called asked about a trailer Kevin answered was rude very rude and when I asked about my puppy which is a pit mix who don't look much like a pit he said you and dog not welcome here and hung up without another word. This is bull this is a business how can you talk to a person who wants to live there like this. I just moved out from the the manager Kevin never provided any legal documentations the whole year I paid to live there i showed up june 6th for lot 24 10 minutes early and the douche sold it on me not to mention he completely disconnected the furnace and there is a used toilet underneath my old trailor lot 65 I built my own yard and painted the living room so while paying my over price 3000$ rent fee lmfao yeah right .
