we bought a trailer in their park got approved to move in and all of a sudden they change companies and we are no longer approved to move in even though we own the trailer! so now they have an empty trailer that my homeless family owns and cant live in cause they say we can't pay 343 in lot rent! never again
Lived in maple grove for 8 years. when I moved I gave the home I owned to my ex wife. she did not pay or take care of the yard. also there was a 3 month gap from when I left and my ex moved in. people where squatting in the home. the park manager who bearly does her job (she is to busy sharing everyone's business ) then filed an eviction on me 3 months after I moved out due to issues I had nothing to do with. high heat conditions outside and they don't care that their are children in some of these trailers like mine who are crying and sleepless because it's to hot
The management here is a joke at best. apparently they can hire a resident to walk through your yard and hand out rule violations without notifying any of the residents that this person has the power to do so. when i called them out on this all they said was if you don't like it we can break your lease and force you to move. this person was also caught looking in peoples windows unlawfully.
