Vicktory tire and auto Maple Grove. 9am appointment. They didn't pull it in until 1030. I was told and anticipated 2 hours to install intoxalock on my 2 year old car. They didn't get done until 5pm. 8+hours! Canceled all my plans throughout the day. Condescending, unprofessional manager Chris shruggs his shoulders and said its intoxalocks fault (it wasn't, he just refused to take accountability). Also, he says I should walk to the bar an wait.
