If Tablerock Residential manages this building RUN. They have 2 stars on google and an F on the BBB. Research them before you get screwed over. Unless you like slumlords. I wouldn’t wish dealing with this company on anyone. Also to put it into perspective when I moved in, in 2021 we paid $775, by the time we left in 2024 we were paying $1250 without a single upgrade to anything.
