I've lived here for 2 years and haven't experienced the issues everyone else is complaining about. Its an older building but my apartment is huge and has been upgraded with all new appliances and flooring. The building is non smoking, which I love, the halls are cleaned regularly and Jannell and the cleaning/maintenance crew are amazing.
I absolutely love living at this apartment complex, and I have to say, it would be even better if Jannell officially ran the place. She is the heart of this community. Her friendly personality and warm smile make everyone feel at home the moment they walk in. She genuinely cares about people and goes out of her way to help residents with anything they need.
