I wish I could give zero stars. These people are liars, despite what management claims. The living conditions at this apartment complex are unacceptable, and management is fully aware of the issues. Black spots repeatedly appeared on the walls and even on my furniture, which looked like mold. I complained over and over again, yet my concerns were ignored. I really wouldnt understand the low reviews. I have been living in Maple Glen apartments since 2022. Jannell Turner is the person that will make your stay here peaceful and smooth. I was away from home and my family wouldn’t answer their phone and Jannell came to save the day. She checked up on my family and made sure that everything was alright. I wish I could give zero stars. After living here for a year, I can honestly say the management is dishonest and will go to great lengths to keep your security deposit. The apartment was not properly heated, which led to black spots on the walls and on my furniture that appeared to be mold. I deeply regret ignoring the reviews before moving in, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've lived here for 2 years and haven't experienced the issues everyone else is complaining about. Its an older building but my apartment is huge and has been upgraded with all new appliances and flooring. The building is non smoking, which I love, the halls are cleaned regularly and Jannell and the cleaning/maintenance crew are amazing.
