Essi from Maple Furnace has installed and serviced my appliances since 2013. He has completed the work quickly and efficiently. He is knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and explained the jobs to alleviate any concerns I may have had. I would highly recommend him.
I just wanted to add that today Essi called to make sure we were happy with the recent service call and that everything is working for us. What great service! So nice to be able to count on a furnace provide. Maple Furnace has come to our home for years to keep our old boiler working. Just recently we had to replace it. Maple Furnace has come to our home for years to keep our old boiler working. Just recently we had to replace it. What made it easy was being able to trust Essi. After installation they came back to check a couple of issues we were wondering about and did that service call for no charge. So nice to find a business with honest, experienced and hardworking people.
Essi and his team are really good at what they do. In the last year Essi had come home almost four times. 2 times for a consultation and one time for a post sale service. Unlike others they could have sold me the most expensive heating / cooling solution but they did their due diligence and their recommendations are more sustainable in the long run - atleast for our case. Highly recommend getting their consultation before thinking of getting a heat pump etc.
