EDITING MY COMMENT: Although Essi could not find the exact issue causing my old boiler to fail, he tried his best to minimize the costs to us. The boiler was 9 years old, and inside had corrosion damage. It was in our best interest to replace it. ESSI and the team did a great job on the install in one day (no problems so far) and allowed me extra time to pay them the full amount once I returned from vacation. Overall 5 stars service!
I called these guys to repair my boiler. Essi came and suggested to do a flush, and replacement of the expansion tank costing 750$. The old boiler was not repaired and did not work. Essi then suggested a complete replacement of the boiler costing a lot of money. I had someone else come take a look at the old boiler, and it turned out, it was the ignition component (module and ignitor that failed). Maple Furnace completed replacing and installation of my old furnace and water tank recently, from begining to end communication was excellent. Aziz and Essi are exceptional with a professional service, Essi clearly explained the work during, and his team were always on time, kept us informed on issues. and I appreciated always being involved in the decision-making discussions. Highly recommend this company. Work was done on time, I am very happy with their job.
Essi came to my home to check my air conditioning he said everything was fine, no problems, he came on June 7,2025. He literally took the temperature on the input and out put with an infrared gun and looked at the outside unit. He did not climb into the attic he did not inspect the interior unit. I had asked him to come to our home to check the air conditioning as I was worried there was a problem. He charged me $195 for the visit.
