Both my partner and my son are patients here, I called to see if I could make an appointment and before I could even explain the receptionist said "we're not taking new patients" and hung up the phone. I guess they will have 2 new spots available now that both my partner and son are no longer going to go there.
Very accommodating, professional and caring staff. They have been taking care of my entire family’s teeth for years and we have always felt very welcome here. Thank you!
Dr. Mike and his assistant were beyond amazing, with my nephew who is autistic and suffers from anxiety. They were kind, gentle and most of all patient with him. We can’t thank them enough for making Brandon’s first ever experiences with a dentist calming.
Failed to contact me directly to confirm my appointment. They contacted my ex-husband and took his word as confirmation. I did not give him any permission to confirm anything. If you fail to contact a patient to confirm their appointment, logically you should have cancelled it instead of waiting until the appointment to try and contact me again (and fail again). If I am to pay a missed appointment fee, I would ask that you also review your policy on how you interact with patients.
Great dental clinic, friendly administrators. Dr. Bond did extensive work on a partial denture, top notch. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
