I had a wonderful experience with everyone at this dental office. The dentist, technician, and front receptionist were all incredibly caring, friendly, professional and affordable! I haven’t been in a year, but with all due respect, this place smelled so bad each of my visits that it genuinely deterred me from visiting this location. It was the smell of sweat seeped into chairs and was trying to be masked by essential oils. I am genuinely surprised there aren’t other reviews stating the same, but perhaps people are trying to be polite. I will update after my next visit. Absolutely terrible experience. Do not waste your time or money here. I went in for a dental cleaning and the scaling was over in about 5 minutes. There is no way a proper cleaning can be done that quickly. It felt rushed, careless, and completely inadequate. What makes it even worse is that I was charged for 3 units of scaling. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Paying for 3 units when the actual cleaning lasted only a few minutes feels ridiculous and misleading.
