If you do not Drive, this is the wrong place for you. No bus service, no taxie, no nothing, but wait if you can walk a good distance you can get a train. You would think the park would do something to fix this. But wait if you like to gamble they do have trips to the boat. I think apartments if the way to go. Here you have rent and rules to follow. It makes no sense to buy the home, and you cannot do anything to the land you rent .You must get permission. And the rent goes up every year. Hope this helps.
