If i could give Paul and the crew at Maple Crest 6 stars, i would have. I have used Maple Crest a few times in the past for our fleet vehicles, but this last visit was special. My pensioner neighbour for the past 20+ years owns a 2012 Mercedes ML350 and probably the last vehicle he will own. Well his driver side leather seat was torn due to wear and tear of entering and exiting the vehicle. Took it to Paul at Maple Crest and he fixed it like brand new. These guys are by far the best / nicest in the industry. I have a 2011 convertible that had the back window slowly decay to the point of no repair. Did my own research and bought an aftermarket top replacement. When I called in, they were very respectful and acknowledged the place I bought the new top rather than being disgruntled or rude like a lot of other companies in this line of business. Had an amazing experience with Maple Crest. Brought in my M4 with a white leather interior with an extremely worn driver’s seat bolster. Maple Crest checked my car out, brought out multiple swatches to ensure the highest quality match, provided multiple options for materials, and offered an estimate. Paul at Maple Crest called me back to confirm the estimate exactly when he said he would and the work took the exact number of days he said it would take. I took my truck to Maplecrest for a windshield replacement, and not only did they do a great job, they were very kind and transparent. Its a family owned business and I highly recommend any glass, upholstery or trim work be done here. All thanks to them for a job well done :)
