1 star specifically for the receptionist laughing in my face. Always makes excuses that there is no availability until mid summer? Everytime I’ve called there is no availability. I only endure the terrible patient customer service because I like Dr. Ying!
Dr. James Ying has been my doctor for over 10 years now and he is wonderful. He has always listened with care and never once validated a concern I had. Incredibly thorough and attentive. His receptionist Morella is great always. She's nothing but helpful.
Dr Melissa Ying has been my Dr since we lost Dr Ford. She has been patient, kind and friendly since day one. I have never felt rushed or inconvenienced. Dr. Melissa is one in a million. So happy to have her as my family doctor. Much respect

Dr Melissa Ying has been our family doctor for years. She is one of the most understanding, kind, down to earth doctors I've ever met.
