She really takes her time to listen and understand about what is going on. She is also very open minded on finding you the best care possible if it's out of her scope. She's such an awesome doctor!

Dr Melissa Ying has been my family physician for quite a few years and when I moved to a different city, her online booking and phone appointments made things so easy and convenient. She listens to me and always has the best solutions, advice, explanations as well as kindness, compassion and support. So happy I found her! (Side note, her father was my doctor when I was a teen) :)
Dr James Ying is a kind, thorough doctor who always makes time for your concerns. I am grateful he has been our family doctor for 15 years.
