the most unprofessional people I ever had to deal with!!!! ground at the Front door has been absolutely filthy since my daughter moved in ! maintenance has been promising for two years to clean it and never did. It’s just as filthy as it was when they moved in and now they got locked out the office don’t have the key??. They want her to wait until the neighbor comes home hope they allow it and climb from the downstairs balcony to the third floor up to get in there place that’s on the third floor . 🤬
I’ve lived at Maple Court for a little over a year now and can safely say it’s a good place to call home. The property manager Tracy is a good lady who works hard to keep it a safe and welcoming place to live. She does fun activities on the property around the holidays and every now and then for the kids and adults. I highly recommend making maple court your next home!
Very great apartments been here a year and they are very well maintained and Mrs. Tracey is always on top of everything and so sweet to everyone. She does fun activities for the kids and makes everyone feel welcome.
Tracy is absolutely amazing and is always able to solve any issues we encounter. The property is always in great condition, the pool is perfect in the summer. I highly recommend to anyone searching for an apartment in Jasper!
Maple Court has been the best apartment complex I've ever been to/lived in. Ms. Tracy has been so kind to my entire family and I. Always quick to respond to any issues that have risen and keeps the place looking spic and span. My children and I love stopping in at the office just to say hello. Maintenance has always been on point as well. Couldn't ask for a better apartment manager and maintenance team.
