Very great apartments been here a year and they are very well maintained and Mrs. Tracey is always on top of everything and so sweet to everyone. She does fun activities for the kids and makes everyone feel welcome.
Tracy is absolutely amazing and is always able to solve any issues we encounter. The property is always in great condition, the pool is perfect in the summer. I highly recommend to anyone searching for an apartment in Jasper!
Maple Court has been the best apartment complex I've ever been to/lived in. Ms. Tracy has been so kind to my entire family and I. Always quick to respond to any issues that have risen and keeps the place looking spic and span. My children and I love stopping in at the office just to say hello. Maintenance has always been on point as well. Couldn't ask for a better apartment manager and maintenance team.
From the words hello, this place, Tracy, and property is top notch! It’s obvious the place is taken care of as are the people that live there. Best in town and Tracy is always coming up with great things for everyone to enjoy there!
don't need to say much, but low income apartments attract trash. and with trash, it doesn't matter how nice the pictures look. don't fall for it. they build these nice places and just rent to trash. if i owned something and built it with my hard earned cash or invested, i would want GOOD renters with jobs.
