Maple Court has been the best apartment complex I've ever been to/lived in. Ms. Tracy has been so kind to my entire family and I. Always quick to respond to any issues that have risen and keeps the place looking spic and span. My children and I love stopping in at the office just to say hello. Maintenance has always been on point as well. Couldn't ask for a better apartment manager and maintenance team.
From the words hello, this place, Tracy, and property is top notch! It’s obvious the place is taken care of as are the people that live there. Best in town and Tracy is always coming up with great things for everyone to enjoy there!
don't need to say much, but low income apartments attract trash. and with trash, it doesn't matter how nice the pictures look. don't fall for it. they build these nice places and just rent to trash. if i owned something and built it with my hard earned cash or invested, i would want GOOD renters with jobs.
I’ve really enjoyed living in my apartment — it’s a clean, comfortable space in a quiet, well-maintained community. One of the standout aspects of my experience has been the excellent management. Ms. Tracy, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and attentive.
