Great service, fair pricing, and honest people. I’ve been taken advantage of at other shops too many times, but this has been the best experience I’ve had yet. When I asked them to look over my vehicle for any potential issues, they assured me everything looked good and that no additional work was needed. Every other shop I’ve been to has tried to convince me there were two or three extra things that needed fixing, but not here.
Excellent customer service! Staff was very friendly and provided lots of information and deals. Great affordable pricing. I left very satisfied with my new tires, also the cost and service was terrific as well as great information on other services provided here. I will definitely be buying my next set of tires here and looking into the other services they provide. Thank you so much!
I have been going there for years, and I have had a recent oil change where they did not screw on the oil cap tight causing a leak. I notified them of the issue that cost me an additional 180$ to fix. They told me “yup I’ll tell the guys to be more careful” that was it no compensation or apology. Will not be going back there
Amazing customer service, speed and cost of service
Absolutely awful. Treated like an idiot. The “gentleman” I spoke with was short, rude and absolutely ignorant. Made me feel like an inconvenience and told me “we prefer you don’t stay while we work on your car” Told my partner one thing on the phone and me something completely different. Would never support a business that treats people this way.
