Very good customer service. Very nice to deal with. Had an issue with a loan and they found another place that was even a better fit for us. I love my new Expedition!!! Thank you guys well done!!!
Good over all service from me entering to leaving.
Overall my experience was well . At first I was a little upset that it took a few days to get my jeep in the shop(being but hindsight reminded me that I wasn't the only one that was worked and understaffed. Once it hit the shop floor they diagnosed and fixed the issues in a timely matter . And the best part was it ended up costing less than quoted.
I scheduled an appointment for 4 new TPMS to be installed, since 2 quit working. I also started noticing a slight shake at highway speed, so asked them to look into it. I go to my appointment, and discover im booked for new tires, and no sensors, and no mention of them looking into the shake. I had to tell them at least 3 times on the phone when i booked the appointment, I just bought brand new tires, I dont need tires, just the sensors and I want all four replaced, not just the two that went bad.
