WORST EXPERIENCE. Stuffed me around every booking. The lady will confirm a time. I get there on time/early then they say sorry no time and the lady will blame her colleague. Another time they told me only 5 minute wait as it was a walk in, I waited 45 minutes, someone else just walked in and they were going to do her as they forgot about me and the woman was just sitting inside doing nothing while I thought they were busy. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Called up to make booking - got a call back to change time and she blamed her colleague for the mistake. Went there at the confirmed time, when I said I have a booking the lady literally just giggled and said No. I explained the phone calls and once again blamed colleague, no apology no nothing. Another customer overheard and told me the exact same thing happened to her and she was waiting there over an hour
