Do not move here. Management is completely useless, from the very start communication with them has been extremely difficult. I reported a bug issue on July 24th not knowing what the bug was I asked for pest control as stated in the lease, I was then not followed up with until July 29th, asking for me to send a picture… I did on August 4th the next time I saw the bug in which it was clear it was a cockroach not an earwig which they had claimed, we did not receive our first inspection/treatment until the 20th! Looks like new owner ship got rid of the old page with bad reviews.. I had left an extensive review of my poor experience here when we left ( pre COVID residents 2016-2019) and while they were in the middle of getting new ownership then, we didn't have a good experience. At that time they raised prices significantly and provided no updated or additional amenities besides the dog area, hence why we left. Newly renovated unit, dog park, good communication, and fast/friendly maintenance.
Cheap apartments but you get what you pay for. Nosey property manager, slow maintenance. And I mean like it takes months to get something taken care of, if at all. Old, outdated apartments. Great location though.
