The owner was INCREDIBLY rude to us on the phone. I would not suggest staying here if that is how they treat the general public. He came across as a cranky old man who snapped back with condescending comments and tone. He essentially said he doesnt need our business since he gets enough regular clients each year. We are never going to consider this place as an option for us. Which is sad because we were looking forward to it.
Amazing place. Tony and Irma are wonderful hosts, the resort has everything we need for a family vacation! Great lake for swimming, nice beach, cottages clean and spacious.
Would recommend avoiding this place! Extremely shady and dishonest service from Tony. I'd rather stay literally anywhere else than here. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed.
