After purchasing the car nearly a year ago, we discovered the rear headrests were missing. The dealership promised to provide the headrests and the car manual but never followed through. Despite multiple calls and emails, they stopped responding entirely. Very poor communication and unprofessional business practices. We will not be returning and do not recommend this dealership.
Maple Auto went above and beyond to make sure my car was in working order after it continued to give us problem. I am super thankful for their work , service and respect. As a female I’ve had many male mechanics try to scam me, this is why I found maple auto. They were the only ones to offer me the service I needed without taking advantage of me! Highly recommend!
Honestly, good experience here. Everything was smooth, no stress, and they actually treated me decent. I’m happy with the car and how things went. No complaints from my side.
